Madelyn Peterson, an associate in Cohen Milstein’s Consumer Protection practice, will speak at the 2026 Consumer Rights Litigation Conference & Class Action Symposium, from October 22 to 25, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia at the Hilton Atlanta.
Madelyn’s panel, “How to Spot a Class Action,” will take place on October 24, from 8:45 am to 10:00 am EDT. This interactive session is designed for attorneys looking to gain class action experience. Participants will learn how to assess potential class action opportunities, navigate relevant regulatory considerations, and identify common challenges and best practices. This session will also include an exercise to determine whether a potential case is eligible or non-eligible to be a class action.
