Jenna Waldman, an associate in our Consumer Protection practice, has been invited to speak at Georgetown University Law Center’s Tech Law Scholars Seminar II on November 6, 2026. 

Jenna’s seminar, “The Role of Litigation,” will take place on November 6, at 12:10 pm EST.

This class will address consumer protection litigation against social media platforms for privacy violations and other unfair business practices, and accountability. The seminar is designed as an interactive question and answer panel discussion.
