Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll LLP, Simmons Hanly Conroy LLP, Gibbs Mura LLP, Terrell Marshall Law Group PLLC and Kiesel Law LLP roared after a California federal judge on Oct. 30 certified four classes of Facebook users who allege Meta Platforms collected their personal health information through data tracking tools on healthcare providers’ websites.
