Karina Puttieva, a partner in our Consumer Protection practice, will speak at the 31st Annual Consumer Financial Services Institute, September 24 – 25, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center.
Karina’s panel, “Consumer Advocates and Consumer Protection Enforcers Speak in 2026,” will occur on September 24 at 9:15 am CDT.
Karina and the other panelists will discuss the Supreme Court’s recent rulings, the FTC’s and the CFPB’s rulemaking, supervision, and enforcement work on consumer finance issues, developing trends in private litigation involving alternative loan products, junk fees, and deposit accounts, and trends in private bar priorities.
Attendees can earn up to 11 CLE credits for attending the entire two-day program.
