Eric Kafka, partner in Cohen Milstein’s Consumer Protection practice, will moderate and speak at the American Association for Justice Annual Convention at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, Illinois from July 23 to 27, 2026.
Eric will moderate the Class Action Section/Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Section CLE Program on June 27 from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CT.
Eric will lead his own panel, “Big Technology Data Discovery and Preservation,” from 8:35 am to 9:10 am CT. Â
