Eric Kafka, partner in Cohen Milstein’s Consumer Protection practice, will be speaking at the American Association for Justice Annual Convention at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, Illinois from July 23rd to 27th.  Eric will be moderating the Class Action Section/Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Section CLE Program sessions on June 27 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CT.
Eric’s will lead his own panel, “Big Technology Data Discovery and Preservation”, from 8:35 am to 9:10 am CT. Â
