Douglas McNamara, a partner in the firm’s Consumer Protection practice, will speak at the American Association for Justice Annual Convention at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, Illinois – July 23 – 27, 2026.
Doug will speak on two panels at the convention. The first panel, “AI and eDiscovery Privacy and Protective Order/ESI Protocol Best Practices,” will take place on July 26 at 3:05 pm CT. The second panel is in the Class Action Section/Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Section CLE Program session, “Rules Update,” will occur on July 27 3:45 pm CT.
