On Emmy Levens: “Emmy manages all day-to-day aspects of the [Flint Water Crisis] case, including spearheading the investigations into the legal claims, making key legal arguments, and taking the lead on drafting key briefs, including a pivotal brief in August 2018, which led to the court reinstating former Governor Rick Snyder as a defendant in 2019.
