Adnan Toric is an associate in Cohen Milstein's Whistleblower/False Claims Act practice, where he represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions brought under the False Claims Act against corporations that engage in fraud that causes economic harm to federal and state government programs.

Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Mr. Toric served as a law clerk to the Honorable David L. Bunning, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. During his clerkship, Mr. Toric assisted Judge Bunning with five jury trials.

Mr. Toric received his B.A. from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was an editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law and the Berkeley Journal of Middle Eastern and Islamic Law.

During law school, Mr. Toric was chair of the Academic Empowerment Program at Berkeley Law School's Coalition for Diversity, where he organized a networking and academic success enrichment program for approximately 60 first-year law students from diverse backgrounds.

Mr. Toric has applied for admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and is currently working under the close supervision of the partners of the firm who are admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
