Cohen Milstein Named Benefits Practice Group of the Year – 2025

Cohen Milstein has been named a Law360 Practice Group of the Year for 2025 in the Benefits category. 
 
This marks the fourth time Law360 has named the firm ERISA Practice Group of the Year. Other years include 2019, 2021, and 2022. 
 
This past year, we successfully represented the employees and retirement plan beneficiaries of Citgo, Casino Queen, GWA LLC, and other companies for the alleged mismanagement of their pensions, 401(k)s, and ESOP plans. 
 
Through the course of our work this past year, we helped establish new law in protecting retirement plan participants and holding plan trustees accountable to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
