Jacob Schutz is an associate in Cohen Milstein's Employee Benefits/ERISA practice. In this role, Mr. Schutz represents the interests of employees, retirees, plan participants and beneficiaries in ERISA class-action lawsuits across the country. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Daniel R. Sutter is an Associate at Cohen Milstein and a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits practice group. Previously, he was a Legal Fellow in the firm’s Employee Benefits practice, where he investigated, developed, and drafted complaints against major financial institutions for ERISA violations. Mr. Sutter received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and his B.S. from George Washington University. He is admitted to practce in the District of Columbia and Maryland.

Ryan Wheeler is an Associate at Cohen Milstein and a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group.
