Joseph Sellers Named to Lawdragon’s 2023 Hall of Fame

Joseph M. Sellers, co-chair of the Civil Rights & Employment practice, has been named to the 2023 Lawdragon Hall of Fame.

The Lawdragon Hall of Fame recognizes attorneys who have been consistently ranked among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in the United States for the past 10 years.

Mr. Sellers is recognized as a civil rights and employment law visionary and innovator, who has litigated landmark civil rights and employment disputes, including Keepseagle v. Vilsack (D.D.C.) and Dukes v. Walmart (N.D. Cal.) before the highest courts in the nation and who continues to actively help shape civil rights and employment law in the United States.

In addition to Mr. Sellers, the list includes other civil rights leaders, trailblazing female litigation partners, a barrier-denying state Supreme Court Chief Justice, to lawyers who helped shape Silicon Valley and other legal pioneers who brought new thought leadership to environmental protection, national security and plaintiff advocacy.

Mr. Sellers is the third Cohen Milstein attorney to receive the Lawdragon Hall of Fame distinction. Steven J. Toll and Agnieszka Fryszman are also named to Lawdragon’s Hall of Fame.
