Ted Leopold, co-chair of the Complex Tort Litigation and Consumer Protection practices, has been invited to speak on a panel during the American Bar Association’s 32nd Annual Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Spring Seminar in Scottsdale, AZ on Saturday, April 13, 2024.
The members of the panel, Nuclear Verdicts, will focus on the psychology of the modern juror, factors that lead jurors to higher values, the role of the Court in controlling the courtroom and serving as a gate keeper for speculative/unsupported expert testimony, and strategies for dealing with the cottage industry of experts on damages.
