Christine’s panel “EEOC and DOL Priorities,” includes the nation’s top labor and employment officials, who will discuss the enforcement and policy priorities of the EEOC and the U.S. Department of Labor. They will address 2026 enforcement and policy priorities of the EEOC and the U.S. Department of Labor, and the government’s evolving approach to workplace civil rights, labor standards, and compliance efforts. Topics will include the EEOC’s strategic focus for the coming year, DOL initiatives impacting employers and workers, and insights into interagency collaboration on issues such as workplace discrimination, pay equity, and independent contractor classification
