Benchmark Litigation has named three Cohen Milstein partners 2024 Future Stars:
Michael Eisenkraft – Antitrust & Securities Litigation
Mr. Eisenkraft leads the firm’s efforts in prosecuting innovative cases relating to the protection of global financial markets. In 2023, he helped investors reach settlements for over $580 million in a groundbreaking antitrust class action involving the stock loan market.
Laura Posner – Securities Litigation
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Ms. Posner served as the Bureau Chief for the New Jersey Bureau of Securities – the top Securities Regulator in New Jersey. Over the course of her career, Ms. Posner has recovered billions on behalf of defrauded investors. In 2023, she helped investors recover a $1 billion settlement from Wells Fargo for its alleged role in misrepresenting the bank’s compliance with federally mandated consent orders in the wake of a consumer fraud scandal.
Sharon Robertson – Antitrust Litigation
Ms. Robertson, a nationally recognized leader in complex, multi-district antitrust litigation, spearheads Cohen Milstein’s efforts in pay-for-delay pharmaceutical antitrust lawsuits, a cutting-edge and industry-defining area of law. In 2022, she helped a direct purchaser class achieve a $340 million settlement (of a total $485 million global settlement) to resolve claims against Ranbaxy in this antitrust, federal RICO, and state consumer protection MDL.
