Aniko’s panel program, Protecting Workers in Uncertain Times: Representing LGBTQ+ Clients, Cultural Sensitivities, Litigation Strategies to Protect Transgender Workers in 2026, is scheduled for Friday, June 26th at 4:30 pm CST.
Aniko’s program will discuss the current state of gender identity-based discrimination under Bostock and practical strategies for safeguarding trans workers’ rights under the law.
