Aniko R. Schwarcz, Director of Civil Rights and Employment Case Development, has been invited to speak at the National Employment Lawyers Association at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana from June 24-27th, 2026.
Aniko’s panel program, Protecting Workers in Uncertain Times: Representing LGBTQ+ Clients, Cultural Sensitivities, Litigation Strategies to Protect Transgender Workers in 2026, is scheduled for Friday, June 26th at 4:30 pm CST.  Â
Aniko’s program will discuss the current state of gender identity-based discrimination under Bostock and practical strategies for safeguarding trans workers’ rights under the law.
