October 9, 2018

Sharon K. Robertson will be honored for “Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer” at the American Antitrust Institute (AAI) 2018 Antitrust Enforcement Awards. Ms. Robertson will be recognized for her work in In re Lidoderm Antitrust Litigation, which yielded a $105 million settlement for end-payors alleging that a group of pharmaceutical companies delayed the release of a generic version of the Lidoderm pain patch.

The “Outstanding Achievement by a Young Lawyer” award is available to attorneys under 40 or admitted to practice for 10 years or less. Nominees are judged on their individual contribution to the case, the benefit realized by the client or class, and the case’s positive impact on antitrust policy.

The AAI 2018 Antitrust Enforcement Awards will be presented at an awards dinner following the AAI’s 12th Annual Private Antitrust Enforcement Conference on November 14 in Washington, DC.
