The DBR's “Most Effective Lawyers 2018” report recognizes the extraordinary work performed by South Florida attorneys in the past year.
Honorees have been selected from more than 110 nominations and who obtained positive results for their clients, illustrating obstacles overcome and their impact on public policy and business interests.
DBR highlights Ms. Martin's interest in cases with significant social impact such as her success pursuing a voting-rights case for ex-felons in partnership with the Fair Elections Center as well as her work in a separate putative class action challenging juvenile solitary confinement in conjunction with the Human Rights Defense Center and the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
