Skylar Ruprecht is a fellow in Cohen Milstein's Fellowship Program. In this role, Mr. Ruprecht works on litigation matters spanning the firm’s antitrust, consumer protection, civil rights and employment litigation, human rights, and securities practice groups.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Mr. Ruprecht was a law clerk for the Honorable Brett H. Ludwig of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Mr. Ruprecht received a B.A., summa cum laude, from The College of Wooster and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, he was a senior editor for the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.
A published author, Mr. Ruprecht's short stories include “A Sellout,” The Piker Press, May 16, 2022 and “Plurality of Nothing,” CC&D Literary Magazine, Volumes 327 & 328, Nov-Dec 2022.
