Laura Posner, a partner in our Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice, will participate in a panel discussion on “Emerging Issues in Rule 10b-5 Litigation” as part on Columbia Law School’s The Program in the Law and Economics of Capital Markets, Securities Litigation in the 2020s conference
The conference includes an examination of recent developments in Rule 10b-5, Section 11, and Section 12 litigation and will consider practical potential reforms to the current securities litigation landscape, whether through developing case law, SEC rulemaking or legislation. Speakers include leading practitioners and academics.
