Jan Messerschmidt, a partner in the Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice, will speak at the Securities Expert Roundtable Annual Conference on August 6 – 7, 2026 in Washington, D.C. at the Sofitel Hotel. 

Jan’s panel, “Expected Trends in Securities Litigation/Cryptocurrency/Digital Assets Update,” will occur on August 6 at 4:00 pm EST. Jan and the other panelists will discuss the possible impact of future U.S. regulation, including what types of future litigation to expect, and the role expert will play in future disputes.
