Records of as many as 11 million HCA Healthcare patients were stolen in a data breach discovered in July 2023. The records, some of which were shared on a computer hacker forum, include patient names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and appointment dates.

Our law firm is investigating how and why this cybersecurity failure occurred. We believe that there may be basis for a lawsuit, potentially providing compensation to those who have been affected by the data breach.

Did you receive notice that your HCA Healthcare patient data was compromised? If so, we would like to hear from you. Please complete the form below. You may also call or email us.

For more information on what to do if your data has been compromised, read "What to Do if Your Healthcare Data is Breached" at PatientPower.
