Dan’s panel program, Market Volatility, AI, Crypto, Short Selling, and Emerging Securities Litigation Risks, will explore how securities litigators, regulators, and courts are responding to increased market volatility driven by artificial intelligence disclosures, cryptocurrency markets, SPAC transactions, short selling activity, and other novel trading dynamics. Panelists will discuss recent enforcement actions, securities litigation trends, corporate governance challenges, and emerging theories of liability shaping disputes in rapidly evolving capital markets.
