Daniel S. Sommers, a partner in our Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice, has been invited to speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Fall Meeting 2026, from September 2 to 4 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Dan’s panel, “Diagnosing Disclosure: Healthcare Securities Class Actions and Emerging Capital Markets Risks”, will take place on September 2 at 10:00 am CT. Dan will discuss the intersection between the surge of healthcare related securities cases and the capital market risks that follows.
