IBM 401(k) Plan Investigation

Overview

Cohen Milstein is investigating how the IBM 401(k) Plan is operated including the fees charged to individuals with accounts in the IBM 401(k) Plan. The operation of the IBM 401(k) Plan may have violated a federal law that protects your 401(k) accounts: ERISA or the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. If a violation of the law is found by a court, you may be entitled to an increase in your 401(k) account balance.
