Allied Universal Pregnancy Discrimination Investigation

Woman security guard speaking on walkie talkie

Lawyers with Cohen Milstein and Equal Rights Advocates are investigating claims of pregnancy discrimination affecting security workers at Allied Universal. We have heard from employees of Allied Universal who were pregnant on the job and denied time to sit, water, and restroom breaks, or—in some cases—forced off the job. These actions may, if verified, violate the law, and could potentially be addressed by a class action lawsuit. Affected workers may have legal claims and could be entitled to compensation or other relief.

If you worked for Allied Universal during your pregnancy or know someone who has, we want to hear from you. Please take a moment to complete our contact form so we can better understand your experience.
