Caroline Bressman Speaks on ERISA Litigation Updates: 2025

Carline Bressman, an associate in our ERISA/Employee Benefits practice, has been invited to speak at the Practising Law Institute at ERISA 2025: The Evolving World in New York on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 2:15 pm EST. 

Caroline’s panel, “ERISA Litigation 2025 Update,” will explore the recent key developments regarding ERISA class action litigation.  

The discussion will cover plaintiffs’ and defendants’ perspectives on several critical issues, including pleading standards, the appropriateness of information-sharing agreements, the ongoing evolution of ERISA excessive litigation, and the latest trends in plan forfeiture and pension risk transfer (PRT) litigation. 

This one-day program is for attorneys, human resources staff, and other practitioners who work in the realm of retirement plan services and employee benefits.
