Leslie Greening

Leslie Greening, a staff attorney at Cohen Milstein, joined the firm in 2013. As a member of the Public Client practice, she conducts research in investigations, business development, and ongoing litigation. She also conducts legal research and participates in drafting and discovery work involved in the firm’s representation of state attorneys general and other public sector clients in investigations and lawsuits involving false claims and fraudulent and deceptive trade practices. 

Prior to her work at Cohen Milstein, Leslie was a Post-Graduate Fellow at nonprofit legal aid groups in North Carolina, including the Wake Forest University Innocence & Justice Clinic.
