Kathleen Nolan is an investigator at Cohen Milstein, where she works primarily with the Securities Litigation & Investor Protection and Antitrust practices.
Kathleen brings to bear more than two decades of experience as an investigator, having worked most recently at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
A certified fraud examiner, she has led and conducted numerous complex financial investigations into fraudulent businesses and individuals. Her work has helped lead to the shut down of multi-million dollar fraudulent enterprises throughout the United States.
Prior to her work at the CFPB and FTC, she was an investigator at the Department of Labor, where she conducted civil and criminal investigations and assisted United States Attorneys in preparing for trial.
In her roles, she has testified before federal grand juries and federal courts.
Before her career as an investigator, Kathleen was an officer in the United States Navy.
