John A. Ioannou

John Ioannou is a staff attorney at Cohen Milstein and a member of the Antitrust practice. In this role, he assists in discovery and evidentiary-related aspects of litigation and deposition preparation.   

John brings to bear more than three decades of antitrust litigation experience, having worked at highly regarded national plaintiffs’ firms throughout his career. A results-driven attorney, he has extensive litigation experience in antitrust matters relating to distribution, marketing, and intellectual property in pharmaceutical, technology, financial, and retail markets. John is also well versed in conducting confidential investigations and interviews. 

Before entering private practice, John worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General. 

John is fluent in Greek.
