Jason Kirby is an experienced law firm administrator specializing in such fields as facilities management, records & information management, and supply requisition. Jason and his quality team of service professionals provide a wide range of practice support measures – including case matter distribution, shipping & logistics, conflicts of interest management, and conferencing center coordination — all with one goal — to provide quality service to the client.
During his tenure, Jason has established a variety cost savings and efficiency initiatives, such as document storage and destruction, online research consolidation, and production device technology capabilities. He oversees the maintenance schedules for equipment, appliances, furniture, and office space. Jason’s team also coordinates space planning, relocation, and construction, as well as the firm’s robust offering of library and research services.
Jason has been engaged in community service throughout his career as a basketball coach at various levels. From his service with the Oxon Hill Boys & Girls Club in Maryland, to the Springfield/South County Youth Club in Virginia, he has been an avid supporter of youth development for over 20 years. Currently serving as a girls’ high school basketball head coach in Alexandria, Virginia, Jason continues to be a beacon of service and support to the community.
Jason is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators Local OOMS Chapter and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators GWDC Chapter.
