Rushelle Dacres is a skilled finance professional, with over a decade of law firm management experience.  Before joining Cohen Milstein, she was the director of finance for a Florida-based AmLaw 200 firm with over 250 lawyers. As director of accounting, she oversees all aspects of the firm’s accounting and financial functions, providing leadership and management of accounting operations.
Rushelle has held senior leadership management and finance roles in the retail and non-profit sectors. In her prior roles, she focused on bringing strategic initiatives to life by creating and implementing plans, systems, and reporting to support organizational initiatives. She has also served as a board member for non-profit organizations.
