Emmy L. Levens, a partner in Cohen Milstein’s Antitrust practice was named to Bloomberg Law’s inaugural “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list, “recognizing the accomplishments of sterling young lawyers nationwide.”
Bloomberg Law recognized Ms. Levens in the area of “Mass Torts” for her managing partner role in the Flint Water Crisis Litigation.
Initiated in December 2020, Bloomberg Law editors and reporters spent months closely reviewing nominations from across the United States. In evaluating the candidates, Bloomberg Law examined the applicants’ records of success for their clients, their leadership contributions to their firms and their communities, and their thoughts on what they’re most proud of as lawyers.
“These 40 honorees represent the best of the future of the legal profession. Culled from a strong pool of applicants, they are first and foremost stellar young lawyers. They are also innovators and pro bono advocates. And many are diversity and inclusion champions who invest their time into making the legal profession a better reflection of our world.”
