Two Decades of Distinction: Carol V. Gilden Continues Her Chicago Super Lawyers Streak

Carol V. Gilden, a partner in Cohen Milstein’s Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice, has been ranked in the 2026 edition of Super Lawyers – Chicago, Illinois.  

Carol is a nationally recognized securities litigator and a tenacious advocate for her clients, which include public pension funds, Taft-Hartley pension and health and welfare funds, and other institutional investors. Carol Gilden has been repeatedly recognized by peers. She has been named to Super Lawyers for 2005 – 2013, 2016 – 2026.

Carol’s experience includes cases involving stock, bonds, preferred stock, ADRs, and other complex financial instruments, including interest rate swaps, Treasury bonds and exchange-traded notes.

This is the nineteenth year that Carol has been ranked in Super Lawyers. She was first ranked as a Super Lawyer in 2005.
