Law360 has announced the formation of its 2023 Benefits Editorial Advisory Board.
This year’s Benefits Editorial Advisory Board consists of 12 members, including Michelle C. Yau – Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC.
Michelle C. Yau, chair of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC’s employee benefits/Employee Retirement Income Security Act practice and a 2021 Law360 Benefits MVP, represents the interests of employees, retirees, plan participants and beneficiaries in ERISA class actions involving complex financial transactions or novel actuarial issues. Michelle has litigated some of the most significant ERISA lawsuits in U.S. history.
