The 10 members of Law360’s 2022 Benefits Editorial Advisory Board are:
Michelle C. Yau, a partner at Cohen Milstein, chair of the firm’s employee benefits and ERISA practice, and a 2021 Law360 Benefits MVP, represents the interests of employees, retirees, plan participants and beneficiaries in ERISA cases, with a focus on cases involving complex financial transactions or actuarial issues.
