Ann Sarnak is a fellow in Cohen Milstein’s Fellowship Program. In this role, Ann works on litigation matters spanning the firm’s antitrust, consumer protection, civil rights and employment litigation, human rights, and securities practice groups.
Ann received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale University; an M.Sc. with distinction from the University of Oxford, St. John’s College; and a J.D. from Yale Law School. While in law school, she worked on the YLS Housing Clinic’s Eviction Defense team and with the Service Employees International Union. She also served as a law clerk with several plaintiff- and labor-side firms. Ms. Sarnak served as a Notes, Comments, and Book Reviews Editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review, and as a student editor with the Law and Political Economy Blog.
Before law school, Ann worked in tenant organizing in New York City, and later in New Jersey state government as a housing policy analyst.
Ann is in the process of seeking admission to the District of Columbia Bar and is currently working under the close supervision of the partners of the firm who are admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
