Kalpana Kotagal Invited to Speak at Washington Employment Lawyers Association Virtual CLE

Kalpana Kotagal, Partner of Cohen Milstein’s Civil Rights & Employment practice will speak at Washington Employment Lawyers Association (WELA) Virtual CLE on Thursday, September 24, 2020, 12:00 PM.

Ms. Kotagal’s program, “Intersectional Discrimination & Harassment Claims,” will address the complexities of litigating intersectional discrimination and harassment claims and examine the conduct and claims based on not one, but a combination of protected classes.  The program will also address the Supreme Court’s ruling in Bostock v. Clayton Cty., Georgia, No. 17-1618, 2020 WL 3146686, at *3 (U.S. June 15, 2020) and how it may provide additional support for intersectional discrimination/harassment claims.
