November 15, 2018

Cohen Milstein will host the Lawyers’ Alliance for the Public Justice Center for a conversation about Salinas v. Commercial Interiors, Inc., Case No. 15-1915 (4th Cir. 2017), which successfully challenged the standard for joint employment in wage cases, on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the firm's Washington, DC office.

Sally Dworak-Fisher, attorney for the Public Justice Center, will provide insight into the strategy behind this important joint employer case. Discussion will center on implications of the joint employment standard adopted by the Fourth Circuit and its potential to strengthen the remedial purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The event is being organized by Cohen Milstein's Christine Webber and Miriam Nemeth of the firm's Civil Rights & Employment Litigation practice. For more information and to make a reservation to attend, please click here.
