Sharon K. Robertson, a Partner in Cohen Milstein’s Antitrust practice, is invited to speak at the 2018 Seasonal Meeting of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section on Friday, October 26, 2018 at the InterContinental Hotel in Montreal, Canada.

Ms. Robertson will participate on the panel discussion, “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Class Actions in Canada and the United States—but Were Afraid to Ask!”. The panel of distinguished plaintiffs and defense litigators will compare class action law in Canada and the United States, as well as discuss recent developments.

The NYSBA International Section is group of 2,000 members, approximately half of whom are located outside of the United States. The international Section has committees on topics such as transportation law, trusts and estates, and cross-border litigation. The mission of the NYSBA Seasonal Meeting is for these committees from different countries to obtain networking opportunities and for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit.
