Regina D. Poserina, Of Counsel in Cohen Milstein’s Whistleblower/False Claims Act practice has been invited to speak at the Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund 21st Annual Conference on False Claims Act Employment Laws on October 14, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. EST.

Ms. Poserina will moderate the panel, “Employment Claims,” which will explore claims brought under §3730(h) and best practices for when and how to include False Claims Act retaliation claims, False Claims Act updates on important legal cases from the past year, as well the recent whistleblower claims against Facebook and why it is legal and necessary for employees to take documents from their employers in order to blow the whistle on fraud, and a plethora of additional employment claims that may be available to your client under other state and federal statutes.
