The editorial advisory board, which consists of 12 securities law partners from both Defense and Plaintiffs firms, provides feedback on Law360's coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future media coverage of legislative and regulatory updates in securities law and securities litigation in the United States.
Mr. Eisenkraft takes a leading role in prosecuting innovative securities lawsuits relating to the protection of financial and commodities markets. He serves as the Administrative Partner for Cohen Milstein’s New York Office, and he Chairs the firm’s New Business Development Committee.
