Michael B. Eisenkraft, a Partner in Cohen Milstein’s Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice, participated in a panel discussion on the “Anatomy of Civil Litigation – Plaintiff and Defense” at the New York City Bar’s April 17, 2018 CLE Program, “The Basics of Enforcement Actions and Civil Litigation Related to Swaps, Futures, and Options.”

The panel addressed a range of topics, including:
