For the third time, a federal judge has ruled against the Trump administration on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). U.S. District Judge John D. Bates ruled that the Trump administration’s plan to end DACA was unlawful and must be set aside, requiring the government to accept new applicants.

Joe Sellers, Chair of Cohen Milstein’s Civil Rights & Employment practice and lead counsel representing the NAACP in this case, discussed the decision with Chris Hayes and fellow panelists Farhana Khera and Joshua Matz.
