In honor of National Child Passenger Safety Week and National Seat Check Saturday, our Complex Tort Litigation team, led by Leslie M. Kroeger, is hosting a booster seat giveaway on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Community Partners of South Florida in Riviera Beach, FL.
Our booster seat giveaway is being hosted in partnership with Safe Kids Palm Beach County and Community Partners of South Florida. Free car seats and booster seats will be given away to families whose children have outgrown their car seats.

Since 2012, we have distributed and helped ensure the proper installation of more than 1,000 car seats and booster seats to some of the most vulnerable families in Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

We are leading the charge in child car seat and booster seat litigation and advocacy. In 2015, Ms. Kroeger was awarded the Champion of Consumer Safety Award by the Florida Justice Association for her lobbying efforts before the Florida legislature, resulting in the passage of SB 518, a state law requiring children under age five to be secured in federally-approved child-restraint devices.
