Betsy A. Miller Appointed to Law360’s 2021 Consumer Protection Editorial Advisory Board

Betsy A. Miller, co-chair of the Public Client practice, has been appointed by Law360 to its 2021 Consumer Protection Editorial Advisory Board.

The editorial advisory board, which consists of eight consumer protection and state attorneys general law partners from both defense and plaintiffs firms, provides feedback on Law360's coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future media coverage of legislative and regulatory updates in consumer protection law and litigation in the United States.

Ms. Miller represents state attorneys general and political subdivisions in civil law enforcement investigations and litigation involving consumer protection, Medicaid fraud, and other areas of enforcement that protect government interests and vulnerable communities.
