Palm Beach Gardens - Leslie Kroeger a partner in the consumer justice law firm of Leopold Law, P.A., is presenting at the Florida Justice Association Workhorse Seminar in Orlando on Thursday, February 24, 2011. Her lecture will focus on the law and strategy in Child Restraint Cases.  

Ms. Kroeger has an extensive career in handling complex civil litigation matters on a national level. Her practice is focused in the areas of product liability, automotive crashworthiness, personal injury, wrongful death and cases involving complex managed care abuse. As a dedicated advocate, Ms. Kroeger has been vocal in the Florida Legislature lobbying on behalf of consumers and promoting vehicle safety. Ms. Kroeger recently published an article on the dangers of tire aging.

Ms. Kroeger is a member of The Florida Bar and is qualified to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available from the nation's oldest guide to the legal profession. Ms. Kroeger obtained her law degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in Business from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She resides in Martin County.
