The case against G4S on behalf of more than 90 survivors and relatives of victims of the Orlando Pulse Nightclub is being handled by Cohen Milstein's Theodore J. Leopold and Leslie M. Kroeger, Antonio M. Romanucci of Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, and Conrad J. Benedetto of the Law Offices of Conrad J. Benedetto.
Cohen Milstein’s Leslie M. Kroeger was interviewed about the Pulse Nightclub Shooting litigation by Field Sutton, a reporter for WFTV9 Eyewitness News, an ABC affiliate out of Orlando.
When asked about holding G4S, the shooter Omar Mateen’s employer, responsible for the terror attack, Ms. Kroeger commented, “They are not just an employer. They are not just a business. Their business is to arm people.” Ms. Kroeger continues, “They then trained him. Trained him to not only be a security officer, but trained him to shoot. Trained him to be a better marksman. Trained him to be an expert killer.”
The case is Colon et al., v. G4S PLC et al., Case No. 502017CA003447 XXXXMB (AG), in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida.
