Lucia Goin is a Fellow at Cohen Milstein, and a member of the firm’s Fellowship Program. In this role, Ms. Goin works on litigation matters spanning the firm’s antitrust, consumer protection, civil rights and employment litigation, human rights, and securities practice groups.

Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Ms. Goin was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Paez for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Goin received her B.A., in political science, from University of California, San Diego and her M.A. in political science from Columbia University. She received her J.D., with Honors, from The University of Chicago Law School, where she was the Comments Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review and participated in the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic and the Employment Law Clinic.

Ms. Goin is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Goin is admitted only in California. She has applied for admission to the District of Columbia Bar and is currently working under the close supervision of the partners of the firm who are admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
