Laura Gevarter is an associate in Cohen Milstein's Antitrust practice. In this role, Ms. Gevarter represents a broad range of individuals and businesses in civil litigation, with a focus on multi-district class actions and antitrust litigation.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Ms. Gevarter clerked for the Honorable J. Nicolas Ranjan, U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Gevarter earned her B.A. and M.A. from Georgetown University. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan Law School, where she was a senior editor of the Michigan Law Review.
Prior to law school, Ms. Gevarter was a grade school and early childhood learning teacher.
Ms. Gevarter is applying for admission to the District of Columbia bar and is currently working under the close supervision of the partners of the firm's Antitrust practice who are admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
