David Kirschner is a Staff Attorney at Cohen Milstein and a member of the firm’s Antitrust practice group. In this role, Mr. Kirschner conducts and manages discovery and other evidentiary-related projects for antitrust investigations and class action lawsuits.
Mr. Kirschner has extensive discovery experience in antitrust litigation and other types of highly-complex litigation. He has worked on cases involving a broad range of industries including: financial services; pharmaceuticals; healthcare; and telecommunications. Mr. Kirschner also has experience responding to Congressional and federal agency investigations, including: the U.S. Department of Justice; Federal Communications Commission; U.S. Federal Trade Commission; and U.S. Securities and Exchanges Commission.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Mr. Kirschner was a senior staff attorney at a notable global defense law firm. He also worked as an associate at a highly regarded Washington, D.C.-based telecommunications law firm, where he represented wireline and wireless telecommunications providers as well as innovative technology companies bringing new products and services to market. Mr. Kirschner began his legal career as an Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Communications Commission, where he worked on wireless and wireline telecommunications issues.
Mr. Kirshner received his B.A. from University of Chicago. He earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.
